The only reason I made this video was to see what types of videos people actually watch on metacafe. It was corny but the drink isn't bad.

THe hydrogen Balloon Experiment

For some reason unknown to me, the audio track diasappeared 24 hours after I successfully posted it. It did originally have my description accompanying the process.
It is relatively unedited but demonstrates the creation of hydrogen gas from lye and aluminum foil which is then captured into a balloon and released with a fuse attached. Of course hydrogen gas is bouyant and explosive (the perfect combination).
I certainly don't advise others to attempt this and the video is for educational purposes only. Primarily because mixin lye with water releases alot of heat and lye is VERY caustic and destructive to skin and eyes, etc.
There are a lot of other hydrogen videos on youtube and metacafe but noone else is interested in filling ballons with the stuff, so I thought my video would be appropo. Note that if the reaction takes places too rapidly excessive steam will fill the balloon and prevent it from lifting off, maybe that's why fewer people are using it for this purpose.

This is a photo montage of a friend of mine named Chuck who frequents Rocky Point Mexico. I was accumulating a massive pile of photos in my inbox from his trips to Mexico and decided to put them to use.
Notice his extensive use of beads in customes. He trades them for flashing favors before the camera with women of all ages. I limited my montage to photos acceptable to youtube broadcast standards, however there are many more.
